Dry Aged Char Siew Yok is a type of Chinese-style barbecued pork that is made with a special blend of spices and aged over a period of time. The pork is marinated in a blend of spices such as INC Roast signature twelve-spice powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, Shaoxing wine, and honey.
After the marinating process, the pork is then hung and aged for anywhere from two days to two weeks. This aging process helps to give the pork a unique flavour and texture. The result is a flavourful and tender cut of pork that can be used in a variety of dishes.
